Engine maintenance & repair shops can get value from Engine Angel by viewing the ECM and SenX FirstLook histories of the vehicles to be worked on that are stored in the customer’s Engine Angel subscription. This can speed problem diagnosis resulting in faster, more accurate job estimation and better planning of mechanic and bay capabilities.
The customer with an Engine Angel subscription can authorize the shop personnel to have access to its vehicle ECM and SenX reports. The SenX Signature Manager (SSM) allows the shop to input SenX signatures directly to the customer’s Engine Angel database when the customer is an Engine Angel subscriber, providing valuable data for the customer.
The shop customer will also be impressed with an engine assessment showing that the work was completed satisfactorily following a major overhaul or engine rebuild.
